SolvePilot

Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026

1. Service Description

SolvePilot AI ("SolvePilot," "we," "us") provides an AI-powered platform that turns a product URL into a produced video advertisement, and, for Managed Advertising packages, produces campaign-level creative and strategy across multiple videos. SolvePilot does not itself buy or spend on advertising media. Where a connected platform exists, SolvePilot prepares a publish draft only -- nothing is posted automatically.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly through Support if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Packages & Payment

Access to SolvePilot's paid features is provided through subscription plans or managed advertising packages ("Packages"), each with its own price, currency, and included capacity (video quota or campaign quota) as displayed at the time of purchase. Payment is due in full when you subscribe to or purchase a Package.

4. Non-Refundable Payments

All successful payments for SolvePilot Packages are non-refundable. This applies whether you use some, all, or none of your Package's included capacity, and regardless of whether you later stop using the Service. Where mandatory law in your jurisdiction grants a right that cannot lawfully be waived, nothing in this section overrides that right.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SolvePilot to produce or distribute unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or deliberately misleading content, and not to attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or circumvent the Service's security or quota controls.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the product information and materials you submit ("Customer Content"). You are responsible for having the rights necessary to submit that content and to use the output SolvePilot produces from it. You grant us the rights necessary to process your Customer Content solely to provide the Service to you.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep SolvePilot available and continue improving it, but the Service is provided without a guaranteed uptime commitment. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, including for maintenance or improvement.

8. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for material misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or non-payment. You may stop using the Service, or request cancellation, at any time -- see the Billing page for how cancellation works today.

9. Intellectual Property

SolvePilot and its underlying technology belong to us. Subject to Section 6, the specific video and creative output produced for you from your own Customer Content is yours to use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolvePilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Governing Law

Governing law and jurisdiction will be specified before commercial launch.

12. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be raised through the Support section of your SolvePilot account.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
